Working with project architects on construction and engineering, McMillan Group designed: interiors, lighting, graphics and media as well as managing the production. We created the exterior entrance and this distinctive lobby for the 20,000 sq. ft. Customer Center.
As a way to constantly inform the potential customers of radiologists and hospital owners, this gallery displayed the latest technologies in medical diagnostic imaging with supportive imagery and messaging on murals all set in the main traffic area of the center.
McMillan Group created the interior and lighting design as well as the conceptual design of the AV presentation system for four state of the art conference rooms.
Demo rooms were designed to embody the new corporate identity change from a
manufacturer of imaging equipment to the provider of new technology applications
and systems for healthcare management.

McMillan Group created the Customer Center at Marconi Medical Systems headquarters in Highland Heights, OH as a unique showcase to demonstrate their mission, products and services to potential clients in the diagnostic medical imaging industry. We developed, designed, engineered, directed local project architects and managed the production of this center including creative interactive and video development. The design was environmentally immersive and engaged customers by physically leading them through a progressive story to educate and entertain them about Marconi Medical Systems.
