To avoid any down-time in the aircraft's production, McMillan Group created the entire event for over three hundred guests in a temporary structure on the tarmac just outside the production hangar. Great views of speakers and the dramatic reveal were augmented by carefully planned lighting and audio.

The audience consisted of dignitaries, politicians, press, executives and other high level military guests. Theatrical lighting, sound and stage design

transformed the interior of the 100’ x 180’ tent structure into a state of the art theatrical experience.

This was a pre-show interview with Sergei Sikorsky, the founder's son and company spokesperson. The event was webcast live to the entire employee

base of parent company, United Technologies, around the world.

To represent and interpret the maneuverability and stealth characteristics, McMillan Group used projection onto screen material of varying opacity with an actual scale CGI (computer generated imagery) model that came into partial view, turned, hovered and flew off at high speed, disappearing into the dark.

This world-class presentation included: VIP's addressing the audience from the stage, a five minute broadcast quality film presenting the mission capabilities and the final reveal sequence video transitioning from the CGI to the actual helicopter.

The design clearly showed the aircraft’s full range of features in a brief and effective presentation leading up to a tour allowing guests to view the incredible technology up close with supporting technical spec graphics.
